Ferrari's replacement for the 456 is here.  Under the hood is a 540 HP V12 that will rocket the 4 seater from 0-60 in 4.1 seconds and to a top speed of 195 MPH even though the car weighs in at 4050 lbs.  I'm not too crazy about the styling especially since it resembles the Panoz Esperante from the front and the rear and side views haven't changed much from the 456.
