Bugatti 16/4 Veyron

The Bugatti Veyron was designed to take the top speed crown from the Mclaren F1 with a 252 mph top speed but was limited to 218 MPH due to unsafe stability at higher speeds. If you still wish to try and achieve this top speed you can but it requires a special key to put the car in "top speed" mode. You'll also need special equipment provided by Bugatti. The Veyron held the record until September 13, 2007 when the SSC Ultimate Aero TT broke it with a 255 MPH run
